Description
When the winds died down we emerged from our home in upper Laurel Park to find every road leading out strewn with trees and downed power lines for miles in every direction. We had to get out to go check on our 87 year old dad and to make way for a neighbor who was with child and due in three days. A group of us rallied together to clear the path with chainsaws, brute force and community spirit. This spot on Robinson Road was particularly dangerous with downed transformers tangled in a mass on the asphalt.
