Description
Our neighborhood on Sand Hill Rd was between two flooded creeks for a bit, so this was the first damage we were able to see for the first day or so. We stood in the parking lot of the Center for Spiritual Living and thought, "If it's this bad here, the RAD and Biltmore Village must be gone."
