Description
Series of photographs of the destruction from Hurricane Ivan. The first photo, taken by Jennifer Uhl-Ford, depicts a van mostly submerged in water from the Pigeon River after a woman accidentally drove into it. The second picture, taken by John Coutlakis, shows flooding in Biltmore Village. The third picture, taken by John Fletcher, depicts Shelton Laurel Creek overflowing alongside NC 212. The bottom picture doesn't have a photographer attributed to it. The picture depicts a tree leaning on a pickup truck and a house. It also leans on some powerlines.
