Article states that while some well test results have came back showing no signs of petroleum contamination, Transylvania County officials are still waiting to receive the results on the rest of the tests. The most concern has been towards the water in Pisgah Forest wells, due to complaints of 'a strong smell of oil' and reports of broken oil tanks. The health officer at the head of this effort states that he'll need to consult with a toxicologist to see if any of the chlorine compounds that showed up in the reports are at levels toxic for human consumption.
