Description
I took this photo right after seeing a man and woman wade across these dirty and dangerous waters so that they could get baby formula. Later in the week, firefighters from Raleigh came and ferried people across the water so they could come from their apartments to campus, but wouldn't allow them back home. It was a strange time.
