I don't live in Western North Carolina, but I was saddened to hear about all the devastation that Helene left in our beautiful mountains. I live in Fayetteville, NC and was born and raised in North Carolina. I love our state and believe it's the best place to live in the world. I wrote and recorded this song about the storm and the impact it had on your community.
