A series of pictures. 'Traffic no problem Saturday in Franklin' depicts highway signs in front of a road covered in water. 'Road Block on N.C. 107' depicts people standing outside their cars at the Ashe Bridge intersection, looking on at the water-covered road. 'Barely Above Water' depicts a tree stump just barely poking out of the water in Battle Trailer Park. 'Flood Visitor' is of a seagull on the Western Carolina University campus.
