Trackside Studios Gallery Lobby
Description
The gallery had just gone through renovations, and the artists here were so excited for this new lobby, where the owners of Gypsy Queen were slated to open a new sandwich shop and restaurant in the front of the gallery. We had been looking forward to them opening for weeks. They had just finished setting up the kitchen, pulling the permits, and were going to open in the next week or so I was told. The artists talked about how people could maybe see live music, have a drink and check out the gallery, and how great it would be to have another aspect to enrich the gallery. But, it flooded and took out the kitchen. It's been months now and the mural is now just white wall, and I don't know if another thing will take the place of this yet.
