River Arts Kayaker

Title
River Arts Kayaker
Description
A person kayaks in the River Arts neighborhood after the flood while people on the bridge yell at them to get out of the water.
It was a surprise to find people kayaking below me, they were out because they could be, doing what everyone else was, seeing how bad it really was. People on the bridge were worried for their safety, but everyone deals with trauma differently, and for them it was to enjoy the flood. Later, it reminded me of people going about their regular habits in the middle of all of the destruction, like the well off couple who was jogging in place at an intersection, checking their smart watches in spandex clothes seemed removed to me at the time but, we go on with our routines no matter what.
