Description
We live at the corner of Eagle and Market downtown. After the storm the National Guard blocked off roads close to the fore department because they were going every hour of the day and night. We had someone stuck in the elevator of our apartment and the fire department came to get them out and parked next to the National Guard truck that had been stationed there for a few days and more to come.
