This was taken on I-26 looking over at businesses that were underwater on Riverside Drive. Drivers were stopped taking photos, so I stopped as well and couldn't believe what I was seeing. The water was rushing, and there were large items floating by. Many businesses were totally underwater. We could only see the very top of the O'Reilly's Auto Parts sign.
