Description
Sepia toned photo postcards captioned by hand (on the negative from which they were printed): "Biltmore Bridge Flood District July 16-16 #5 Rob." Biltmore was cut off from Asheville when the Swannanoa covered the bridge. A group of spectators stand to right gazing across the water, many hold umbrellas. Small building across the water is the waiting room of the streetcar terminus.
