Description
Sepia photo postcard of lumber and other debris piled up at the Southern Railway Bridge (1910) after the flood of July 1916. Several people stand on the bridge surveying the damage. Handwriting on reverse: "After the flood. Rail Road Bridge. The white roof you see is about the roof of my (sic) house. Sunday the 6th we have had sic men and need two teams at work and it will take one week or ten days to get to the (sic) house."
