This is a picture of County Employee Matthew Putnam, attorney for DHHS, working at the Swannanoa Comfort Care Center that he helped stand up. The Swannanoa community had been devastated and since I live in the Valley, I was proud to be able to help my friends and neighbors during this time of crisis.
