He also describes preparations taken in advance of the storm [00:13:28] and its immediate impact on his neighborhood, Malvern Hills [00:17:28]. Highlights include stories of wellness checks through the Family Assistance Center that helped bring peace of mind to loved ones unable to communicate [00:41:27] and saved the life of one resident needing urgent medical attention [00:44:13].
